ROSS' MANAGER SUSPENDED, TROUBLE OVER GARCIA CONTEST. i XEW YORK, January 1. The New York State Athletic- Commission has suspended indefinitely Mr. Pian for his failure to sign the boxer Barnev Ross to defend his title against Garcia." Ross has not been suspended, but has been barred from appearing in a bout in the state until his contest with Garcia. The developments are expected to increase Mr. Pian's eagerness for an appearance in Australia.
