Weather mainly fair to cloudy, and warm, but some scattered showers or mlaty rain probable and later mora general rain again setting in. Seas alight to moderate. A shallow depression ia crossing the Dominion to-day and pressure is low also ever tha Taeman Sea, though relatively high to tha north of New Zealand. FOR TH« DOMINION. For 24 hours from 8 a.m. thia day:— Tha indications are for moderate aoutherly wlnda and veering by weat to north. Mainly there ia a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, but Isolated ahowera or mlaty rain la to bo expected. HAURAKI QULF CONDITIONS. Tha following report of weather conditions in tha Hauraki Quit was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-dayj— Wind, south-south-west, moderate; aaa, moderate; weather, fine and clear; visibility, good; barometer, steady.
