ANOTHER TO JAIVIIESON. LATE NIGHT WINS FIRST START. MAXAXU ALSO iSCORICS. SYDNEY, December 13. The New Zealand-bred colt Late Night, by Hunting Song—Smoke Concert, trained by J. T. Jamicson. and having his first race, showed a great deal of speed to win the first division of the Nursery Handicap at the Rosehill December meeting yesterday. The Veilmond filly, Moaveil, finished in good style to win the second division. New Zealand-bred horses, Bengal Lancer and Edible, won the first and second divisions of the Maiden Handicap, one mils, respectively. Lord Willonyx was third in the hurdles. The jockey, X. C. Trillo had his first winning ride fcince his arrifal from New Zealand when he rode Asolando to victory in the hurdles. Results:— NURSERY HANDICAP of £175, two-year-olds.
