FAREWELL TEA.
MRS. PRIESTMAN ENTERTAINS. To bid farewell to her friends, Mrs. H. Priestman, wife of tlie Assistant Canadian Trade Commissioner, gave a morning - tea at the Lyceum Club yester(lay. Mr. and Mrs. Priestman will leave Auckland to-day by the Awatea for Sydney, where Mr. Priestman has taken up an appointment. The club lounge was decorated with masses of blue hydrangeas, roses and sweet peas, and Mrs. Priestman received her guests wearing a tailored ensemble of navy wool georgette flecked in white, and a navy straw hat.
