THE ONLY FLAW.
HUMORIST AND BLUE PENCIL. BERLIN. Werner Fink, a humorist, who spent several months in a concentration camp last year for displeasing authorities with sallies, lias been writing a weeklv column in the "Berliner Tageblatt." Recently the "Tageblatt" published an item by Fink. He said the column was missing because "in the last moment I had to use a blue pencil which, as bad luck would have it, ran from the first to the last word. Otherwise the column was brilliant."
