The New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Hurunui, 9315 tons, in charge of Captain F. C. Pretty, arrived shortly

after S o'clock this morning from Newport, Monmouthshire, with a full cargo. She left Newport on October 15, coining out via Cape of Good Hope, and experienced very fine weather in the Atlantic

and crossing tlie Indian Ocean, with a few days' bad weather Hearing tlie New Zealand coast. The ship is berthed at the Queen's wharf and is expected to leave on Saturday for Wellington. The Port Wyndham is busy getting the last of her wool aboard at tlie Queens wharf and will sail for London, via Cape I-lorn, at 10 o'clock to-night. She is due at London on January 4, being tlie first ship to arrive with tlie new season's clip. The Huddart Parker passenger liner Wanganella, advises that she"will arrive from Sydney at 7 a.m. to-morrow. She has ISO passongers on board.
