The Griffiths Cup competitions under the auspices of the newly formed Factory Tennis Association will be commenced on Saturday morning at the Windmill Road courts. new sotjth wales tourney. N.Z. FLAYER OUT OF DOUBLES. SYDNEY, this day. In the New South Wales tennis championships yesterday, in the men's doubles, Coombe (New Zealand) and A. Felan were defeated by the Victorians, Brodie and Harper, I—6, 5—7, 6 —2, o—6. ARAPUNI V. TE AWAMUTU FACTORY. Arapuni Club's representatives visited Te Awamutn on Saturday afternoon for n match with Dairy Factory Club, and recorded a win by 17 sets and 133 games to Factory's 7 sets and 98 games.
