A WINDY CORNER IN WELLINGTON.
A Wellingtonian was recently visiting a friend in the wholesale fruit business. The fruit man had only makeshift office accommodation, and was troubled with a constant draught through an open doorway. The friend remarked upon the breeze in which he was working, whereupon the fruiterer pointed to a partly empty bottle of Baxter's Lung Preserver, which was on a pile of invoice b6oks. "I'd be dead with bronchitis or goodness knows what if it wasn't for " he said. It's best, ot course, not to run the risk of catching cold, but once the trouble has started, don't allow a cold to drag you down. Repeated doses of "Baxter's" is the best answer to any cold. This warming, soothing, palatable remedy quickly clears a cold right out of the system. "Baxter's" eases the throat, clears the bronchial tubes, and tones up the system with its great tonic properties. Always insist on "Baxter's," which has been proved immeasurably superior over no less than 70 years: It must be good. All chemists and stores have the three sizes, 4/0, 2/0 and I/O. Always insist on "Baxter's." —(Ad.)
