PEDESTRIAN CLAIMS £50.
MAGISTRATE RESERVES DECISION. In the Police Court at Otahuhu before Mr. Hunt,- S.M., R. Frost (Mr. Wood), farmer, of Pokeno, claimed damages totalling £50 from Arthur Herbert Marks (Mr. Holmden), a painter, of Green Laitfe, as a result of being knocked down by defendant's car in Avice Street, Green Lane. After hearing evidence, Mr. Hunt said he would reserve his decision until he had inspected the scene of the accident.
