ATLANTIC COAST STRIKE. NEW YORK, November 10. When departing to preside at the United States conference of Mayors at Washington, the Mayor of New York, Mr. F. H. La Guardia, said he was going to do what he could to bring the east coast within the machinery of the maritime strike settlement.
