FARMERS' TRADING COMPANY. The interim dividend on the Farmers' Trading Company's A and B preference shares at 5 3-5 per cent per annum, and on the C preference at 5 per cent per annum, will be paid on November 30. WOOLWQRTHS, LTD. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, November 16. The directors of Woolworths, Ltd., have decided to make a bonus distribution to shareholders of a new share for each share at present held of the company's 15,000.000 ordinary 5/ shares. They were quoted at the record price of £8 7/9 each. G. J. COLES, LTD. I , The Auckland Stock Exchange has been notified by G. J. Coles and Co.. Ltd., Melbourne, that, at a meeting of directors held on November 9, Sir Waller Leitch, Kt., C.8.E., and Mr. J. M. Macfarlane were appointed to fill the vacancies on the board of directors of the company.
