RETIRED OFFICERS' REUNION. j The annual- reunion of retired and r former officers of the Salvation Army ' was held last evening at the Ponsonby Road Hall .of the Salvation Army Lieutenant-Colonel A. B. Carmichael r i (retired) presided over an attendance of 200, and was assisted by Majors J. Dixon o and J. Hulquirst. Most of the evening r , (was taken up by a number of those present relating personal experiences ot tne Army's early days. Several new members'were welcomed and the annual picnic was arranged for lebruary - y at Cornwall Park. After supper a Itional-service was held-
