OBITUARY.
REV. MOTHER LIGUORI. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sunday. The death occurred this afternoon of the Rev. Mother Liguori, for many years at St. Mary's Convent College in Hill Street. She had been connected with the order of Sisters of Mercy for over half a century, and had resided in Wellington practically the whole of that time. She was a daughter of the late Salvatore Cimino, .who arrived at Wellington in the ship Olympus in 1842, just two years after the foundation of the white settlement on the shores of Port Nicholson.
