BRITAIN'S. NEW GIANT LINER. British Official Wireless. - (Received 0.30 a.m.) RUGBY, October 23. Owing to the large amount of preparatory work necessary in the laying down of the keel of the sister ship to the Queen Mary, it is not likely to be begun until January or February.
