WITH ALL HANDS.
JAP. SALVAGE SHIP LOST. TOKYO, October 23. All the 35 members of the crew of a Japanese salvage ship, the Oura Maru, were drowned when the vessel capsized in a heavy sea off the north-west coast of Hokkaido Island while towing the damaged cargo vessel Aishu Maru. The fate of the latter is not known.
