ITALY DENIES BREACHES. British Official Wireless. (Received 1.30 p.m.) RUGBY, October 23. The Italian Government's reply to the Note regarding non-intervention in Spain, rejects the accusations brought against Italy of infractions of the agreement: A second Italian Note brings charges of breaches of the agreement against the Soviet Government.
