AIDS DICTATORS.
MICROPHONE INVENTION. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, October 12. "Dictators are only a possible result of the invention of the microphone," declared Sir Thomas Inskip, speaking at Portsmouth. He added: Formerly politicians could only address 0000 at the most, now 130,000 could be massed together, resulting in excitement and cheering which went to peoples' heads and helped dictators.
