COMPANY AFFAIRS.
ELECTROLYTIC ZINC. PROFIT HIGHER BY £66,543. The Electrolytic Zinc Company of Australasia, Ltd., in a preliminary statement, announces that the net profits for tile year ended June 30 were £322,863, compared with £256,020 the previous year. The profit is struck after allowing £145,000 for amortisation and depreciation, and £75,403 for taxation.
