WOMEN'S DIVISION
DRURY. The W.D.F.U. branch at Drury held a fancy dress ball on Saturday evening. Nearly all were in fancy dress, and the scene was a gay one during the grand march. The winners were: Prettiest lady, Jill in the Box (Miss V. Legge); most original, Grannie (Mrs. P. Heard); most humorous, Aunt Jemina (Mrs. J. M. Cossey); best man, modern lady (Mr. E. Cossey); most original, tramp (Mr. G. Homewood); most humorous, (Mr. Roy Blanch); best couple, twins (Mr. and Mrs. H. Leech); most outstanding lady, bat (Miss Merle Dreardon); most outstanding man, Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage (Mr. T. Upton). The judges were Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Baulf, of Papakura. ■
