The Remuera and Great South Roa fire brigades attended a call to 4, CIOII- - Road, Remuera, this morning. Ibe fire was confined to an attached .waslihouse at the rear of a house owned by Mr. A. Rogerson, 145, Calliope Road, Devonport, and occupied by Mrs. !>• Leatlierbarrow. The weatherboards, ceiling and rafters were fairly badly damaged. The building was insured for £500 and the. contents for £300.
