LIBERALS APPEAL.
£50,000 FIGHTING FUND. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, October 5. The Liberal party has launched an appeal for a £50,000 fighting fund as part of a reorganisation scheme. The appeal states that Liberals must be strong enough before next election to give the country a Liberal Government.
