CAR THEFT ADMITTED.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, Monday. At the Police Court to-day, before Mr. J. H. Saliiion, S.M., Phillip Walter Darcy Stewart (18), pleaded guilty to the theft of a car valued at £230, the P T- P i rt 7 of Jack Herbert Luxford, ■which he drove to Auckland, where he a*l "il Sp( i 8e of i - He was committed to the Wellington Supreme Court for sentence.' There were also five charges of conversion of cars and one of affixing a wrong number plate. Sentence was deferred on the latter charge.
