ROYAL TOASTS.
MAY BE DRUNK IN WATER. LONDON, October 4. The Temperance Collegiate Association has received an intimation from His Majesty's private secretary that there will be no variation of the rule laid down by King George regarding the drinking of the toast of the King's health in water by those who wish to do so.
