ENGLISHMEN'S PROJECT.
LONDON, September 28. James Knight, aged 20, and Charles Duffy, a fed 27, will leave Dover to-day to cycle round the world for two years, via France, Italy, Czechoslovakia, Belgium, Turkey, Persia, Baluchistan, India, Singapore, Australia, Canada and the United States.
