METEOROLOGICAL.
Mr. K. M. Fogg, formerly of Bolton (Lancashire), who is a probation officer at Croydon, Surrey, has received a letter which has been passed over to him by Messrs. Frost, Snow and Winter, who are also members of the Croydon Corporation staff. The letter was sent b> a youth Mr. Fogg had helped. The youth forgot Mr. Fogg's name. He remembered it had something to do with the weather, and addressed the letter to Mr. Frost, Town Hall, Croydon, who, seing that it wasn't meant for him passed it on to Mr. Snow. Mr. SnoM handed it to Mr. Winter. From Mr. Winter it reached Mr. Fogg.
