In pursuance of the provisions of Section 13 of The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1026, I hereby give notice that a Poll of the ratepayers of the Takapuna Hiding of the County of Waitemata was taken on the 23rd day of September, 103(5, on a proposal of the Waitemata County Council to borrow the suiii of £0300 for the purpose of Foreshore Improvements in the said Riding. The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 204 The number of votes recorded against the proposal was IS2 .Informal 14 The number of votes for the proposal not being the necessary three-fifths required by the Statute, I therefore declare that the proposal was lost.
