After heavy jolting, both Blomtield and Davis connected with hits to the jaw soon after the sixth round pommenced in their wrestling match here on Saturday evening. In a professional contest at the Town Hall last night Joe Savoldi, 1.5.4, beat Kruse, 15.0, by two falls to one. The bout was marked by solid wrestling, Kruse doing most of the work, but Savoldi appeared to have the measure of his opponent. The Italian gained falls in the third round with a .body press, following dropkicks, and in the sixth, when he rolled over on Kruse after the American had dumped him. Kruse gained a submission fall in the fifth round with a wristlock.
