REHANDICAPS DECLARED. (By Telegraph.—Frees Association.) DUJSTEDIN, Sunday. For the first day of the Dunedin Jockey Club's spring meeting on October 8 and 10, the following rehandicaps have been declared: — Mangatua Handicap—Poniard, 51b, making Mosgiel Handicap—Queen Dorothy, 31b, making 8.3. October Handicap—Queen Dorothy, 41b, making 9.1. Last Dance is not eligible for the Trial Handicap.
