RIVERS IN FLOOD.

(Bj- Telegraph.—press Association.) GREYMOUTH, Sunday. Heavy inland rains resulted in the flooding of the West Coast Rivers yesterday. The Hokitika, Arahura, Teremakau, and Grey rivers were all in flood, but little damage was caused. Exceptionally large quantities of driftwood came down the Hokitika and Grey rivers. The flood reached a record height inland about 14 miles from Hokitika.
