ALOISI TO SUCCEED GRANDI? (Received 11 a.m.) ROME, October 2. A persistent story is afoot that Signor Mussolini will shortly transfer Signor Grandi, Italian Ambassador, from London. Signor Grandi has long expressed a wish to be associated with the Fascist organisation in Rome. Baron Aloisi's name is mentioned to succeed Signor Grandi in London.
