CHINESE VICE-CONSUL.
RECALLED HOME FROM FIJI. (From Our Own Correspondent.) SUVA, September 26. Mr. C. L. Cheng, vice-consul in Fiji for China, has received notice of his transfer to headquarters in Nanking. He is being succeeded by Mr. Cilia Tung Tsiang, a graduate of Fuhtan University, Shanghai, and a student in the Chinese consulate, Melbourne. When the latter office was closed in 1933 Mr. Tsiang-"was transferred to Sandakan,.in British North Borneo, later to Macassar, Celebes, from whence he was promoted as vice-eont?ul at Suva- '
