LIST OF CHARGES.
BREAKING AND ENTERING. ACCUSED SENT TO PRISON. (By Telegraph.—fress Association.) NAPIER, Friday. The statement that the accused, Peter Ericksen, aged 42, and George Alexander Dunnage, aged. 26, would probably face another 79 charges of a similar type was made by the police in the Napier Police Court this morning, when they appeared on, several charges of breaking and entering, theft and committing chief.On five charges of breaking and entering and theft accused were committed for sentence to the Supreme Court in Wellington. The remainder of the charges were dealt with, the Court imposing sentences of imprisonment. Both the accused pleaded guilty to all the charges. They were charged jointly on 19 counts.
