FAREWELL TEA.
Mrs. Tappenden and Mrs. D. Hallam were joint hostesses yesterday afternoon for a farewell tea given in honour ' of Mrs. Harold, of Sydney. Beautiful bowls of waratahs graced the table, and spring flowers were artistically arranged round the private room of George Court and Sons tearooms, where the function took place. Among the "uests were: Mesdames Brook, Swan, Knight, Jones, Rewito, Bellam, Partridge, Wilson, Fox, Chapman, Ososaki, Thompson, Lewis, Sexton,, Allsop, Gratt'en, Cox, Misses Ososaki, Johansen and Granville.
