NEW ZEALANDER'S success. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Cabled advice has been received from London that Mr. Paul Falla, son of Mr. N. S. Falla, was . successful in the Foreign Oflice examination, being second on the list. He will now enter the diplomatic service.
