PROADCASTING.
This Oovernment is doing- a lot of good work for broadcasting, but there is one small point it lias overlooked, and that is the way in which all its good programmes can he ruined by some enthusiast who will tune his set up so loud as to ruin all reception for his neighbours. The. loud noise of his set can be heard all the time and absolutely ruins the fine concerts. etc.. provided. On short wave a loud banging noise is distinctly heard. A set should not be heard on the street. HOPING.
