TROUT FISHING.
Trout fishings in the Auckland acclimatisation district has been covered by new regulations which have been gazetted. Trout fishing is prohibited in the following rivers:—The Mangare, Waitete, Puriri, Little Waipa from Pearce's Falls to the mouth, and tributaries of the Little Waipa. Restrictions have also been placed on the use of certain baits in certain rivers. •
