MANUKAU ELECTION.
VOTING QUESTIONS. For the purpose of recording their votes as absent electors in the Maiiukau by-election, those concerned will have to make application in person during the hours of polling to any postmaster, who will issue a ballot paper 011 the signing of the usual declaration. An officer will be stationed at the Onehunga Post Office on Wednesday to receive applications and issue postal ballot papens. No applications will be received at the returning officer's rooms on that day. Electors are reminded that all postal votes will have to be in the hands of the returning officer by 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
