AIR CONFERENCE.

IMPORTANT MEETING. DELEGATION COMPLETE. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. The conference on aviation and air mails will commence in earnest to-mor-row, when Sir Arclidale Parkhill, Australian Commonwealth Minister of Defence, arrives from Auckland. Discussions have already taken place between Australian and British delegates and New Zealand Cabinet representatives, but these have been only of a preliminary character. The British delegate is Mr. F. G. L. Bertram, of the Air Ministry, and the Australian delegates are Captain E. C. Johnstone j Controller-General of Civil Aviation, and Messrs. M. L. Shepherd, Secretary for Defence, H. P. Brown, Director of Postal Services, and M. B. Harry, Chief Inspector of Postal Services. The New Zealand Cabinet will be represented by the Minister of Defence and Postmaster-General, the Hon. F. Jones, the Minister of Transport, the Hon. R. Seniple, the Minister of Finance; the Hon. W. Nash, and the Minister of Marine, the Hon. P. Fraser.
