HAMILTON. In a representative ladies' lioekey match at Hamilton on Saturday, Waikato A defeated Piako hy four goals to two after a keenly-fought and interesting game. Waikato B defeated Te Awa (Napier), by five goals to on-;. WAIUKU. Franklin men's representatives 9, beat Somerville (Auckland) 2. Winriwhiri ladies 2, beat Ngaro (Auckland) 0. FRANKLIN. \ Waiuku -won the Smith Cup for the men's knock-out competition, while, as winner-i of the ladies' knock-out rounds, Buckland holds the Smith Rose Bowl until next season. The runner-up, Whiriwhiri, holds l the Swain Cup.
