HYDE PARK SPEAKER'S CLAIM,

LONDON, August 31
Giving evidence against Anthony William 3 Hall for alleged breaches of the Hyde Park regulations, the police said that Hall, addressing a crowd of 100 people, claimed that he was the rMitful King of England by direct descent from Henry VII. The magistrate, dismissing the charge, told Hall to learn the park regulations.
