NEW ZEALANDER IN SYDNEY.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) ISUNEDIN, this day. At the Sydney Eisteddfod Miss Bertha Kawlinson, of Dimedin, won the open vocal championship Melba trophy for the champion of champions cup tor a song by an Australian composer. She was second for oratorio, iirst in dramatic aria, and third in Welsh song (to be sung ill Welsh).
