TE ATATU RESIDENTS.
SUCCESSFUL DANCE HELD,
A eurprisingly large attendance on Saturday night at the. second of a series of dances organised by a committee of district residents to raise funds for the completion of the Te Atatu Hall indicated the keen support which the scheme is receiving. A varied programme was supervised by Mr. Birch and Mr. Sullivan. Extras supplied by Miss D. Shaw were much appreciated. Prizes for dance competitions were won by Miss T. Teague and Mr. W. Lang, Miss Joan Blackie and Mr. George Bussey. An excellent supper was arranged by ladies of the committee who were: Mrs. Harrison, Slisses M. Salisbury, E. Mathews and M. McCormick.
