LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
JUNIOR BOARD AFFAIRS. R.Y. WINS SECOND GRADE. At the meeting of the Auckland Rugby League junior management committee last evening, Mr. D. Wilkie presiding, a hearty welcome was extended to the Green Lane delegate, Mr. W. E. Kane, who was making an appearance after being absent for several months owing to receiving a severe injury.
Congratulations are to be extended to the R.V. Club upon winning the second grade honours.
Nominations were received for the seventh grade knock-out.
It was reported that senior B final series for the Walmsley Shield would take place on Saturday.
