PLOT AGAINST KEMAL.
ACQUITTED MEN TOR' RETRIAL,
ISTANBUL, (Turkey)
The Supreme Court at Angora has quashed the acquittal by the Criminal Court there last February of Ali Sab Ursavasli, a Parliamentary Deputy, and seven others arraigned 011 charges of having plotted against Mustafa Kemal Ataturk's life. The law requires a retrial of the accused by the Court that acquitted them.
