When his motor cycle collided with a lorry at the intersection of Symonds Street .•and East Street, at about 9 o'clock this morning, Raymond George Mercer, aged 20, a clerk, of 533, New North Road, Morningside, sustained a fracture of the left leg, together with head injuries. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condition this afternoon was not serious.
