Authority has been given to the Public Petitions Committee M. to Z., by the House of to open its proceedings to the Press in connection with its investigation of a petition from New Zealand Airways and another. Petitioners ask for compensation for alleged unfair treatment in connection with the issue of air transport licenses in New Zealand. The petition originating from Dunedin, was presented by Dr. D. G. McMillan (Government, Dunedin .West.),
