Mr. Coates. former Minister of Finance, opening the Opposition attack. Mr. Coates will be followed by the Prime Minister. Mr. Savage. Each ■soaker is allowed one hour and the ■ ijournmelit will be taken at the collision of the Prime Minister's speech. <
