Notice is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on THURSDAY, the 20th day of August. 1930, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction, in terms of Section 47 of the Finance Act, 1929, to divert the unexpended balance, viz., £264 1/IJ, in respect of the Opanuku Road Special Loan, raised for the purpose of culverting, widening and metalling the said road, in the Waipareira Riding, in the County of Waitemata, and authorised hy the ratepayers on the 20th September. 1929, towards the scaling of the said Opanuku Road. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Waitemata County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting. C.
