NO DEFENCE EVIDENCE
COUNSEL ADDRESSES COURT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) NAPIER, this day. When the case against Isabel Annie Aves, charged with the illegal use of an instrument, was resumed to-day it was announced that the defence would not call evidence. Counsel for both the Crown and the defence addressed the jury at length. (Proceeding.)
