SPECIAL ANNUITIES.
As usual a number of special annuities are granted to ex-members of the Legislature, widows of ex-members and other persons having special claims on the Crown, the appropriation being £7586, as against £5779 last year. Eleven ex-members of the Legislature are granted sums of either £100 or £120 each, while fifteen widows of former members receive sums ranging from £150 to £75. A compassionate allowance of £400 is made to the widow of the late Mr. I\ A. de la Perrelle, M.P.
